This Application is taken out to amend the Plaint so as to incorporate the change in the name of the Plaintiff consequent to the amendment brought about by the Major Port Authorities Act, 2021.

The learned Counsel for Defendant No.2 submits that he has no objection to permit the Plaintiff to amend the Plaint. 4.

Hence, the Application stands allowed.
