1. Heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner. She submitted that firm has authorized her to sign the vakalatnama dated 06.01.2023 and produce such writing before me, which is taken on record.

2. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner further submitted that as per the objection raised by last order, in pursuance of the para no. 6 of the Will, she submitted that petitioner will file detail inventory stating that what amount has been paid towards the taxes, as referred in the Will.

3. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that consent of the legal heirs of the deceased is not required, in view of the Section 307 of the Indian Succession Act. She further submitted that if such consent is necessary then she will satisfy the Hon'

ble Court to dispense with the affidavits of consent of legal heirs of the deceased.

4. In regard to the description of the property in the draft of the Judge's order, she requested for the time, to take instructions from the Petitioner. Hence, adjourned.
