For the reasons assigned in the affidavit in support of the chamber summons and in view of the statutory change in the name of defendant No.2, the chamber summons is made absolute in terms of prayer cause (a).

The plaintiff shall carry out the necessary amendment as per the the proposed amendment in the Schedule appended to the chamber summons and serve a copy of the amended plaint on the defendants within a period of four weeks.

The chamber summons stands disposed of accordingly. th March 2020.
