Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

This chamber summons is taken out by the plaintiff to carry out the amendment in the plaint so as to incorporate the change in the name of defendant No.4 consequent to the approval of the Scheme of Arrangement, Amalgamation and Transfer, pursuant to the order dated 15th November 2017 passed by the Division Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal Division Bench, Chennai passed in the said Scheme. 1/2

For the reasons assigned in affdavit in support of the chamber summons and the statutory change in the name of defendant No.4 in view of order dated 15th November, 2017 passed by the Division Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal Division Bench, Chennai, the chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The plaintiff shall carry out the necessary amendment as per the the Schedule appended to the chamber summons and serve a copy of the amended plaint within a period of four weeks.

The chamber summons stands disposed of.
6.
List the suit on 9th March 2020.
