Heard the learned Advocates for the parties and by consent, the following order is passed :

(i) The disputes between the parties arising out of the Purchase Order dated 04-04-2011 are referred to the sole arbitration of Mr. Darpan Wadhava, Advocate.

(ii) The learned Arbitrator shall endeavour to pass his Award within a period of six months from the date of this order. (iii) The cost of arbitration shall initially be borne by the parties equally.

(iv) All contentions of the parties are kept open. (v) The venue of arbitration shall be at Delhi. ssp 1/2
