The petition challenges an award passed in a dispute before a co-operative court and an appellate order by Maharashtra State Cooperative Appellate Court confirming that order. Learned Counsel for the Respondent bank states that the dues have been settled and the account has been duly closed by the Respondent bank. Hence, nothing survives in the petition. The petition is disposed of as infructuous.
