The learned AGP on instructions taken from the Registry of the Tribunal states that considering that the Tribunal is only one for the Region, the commitment can be given for disposal of proceedings within a period of ten months inclusive of all the holidays, etc.

Since we had given liberty to the learned AGP to take instructions and the statement is made by the Tribunal on instructions, we expect the Tribunal to adhere to this time limit, provided all parties co-operate for disposal within this time limit. Needless to state that in view of this limited direction, we have not entered into the merits of the rival contentions. 3.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. 4.

In view of disposal of the Writ Petition, the Interim Application does not survive and the same is also disposed of. M.M. SATHAYE, J.
