Learned Counsel for Respondent No.2 in Writ Petition No.2556 of 2014, who is also a petitioner in the companion petition, namely, Writ Petition No.2686 of 2015, submits that a chamber summons is taken out for bringing legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.2 on record in Writ Petition No.2686 of 2015. The chamber summons is not on board. It is mentioned and taken on board by consent. For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the chamber summons, the chamber summons is allowed.
