The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instruction, seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition seeking the same reliefs in the event, at the time of final hearing of First Appeal No.365/2003 and First Appeal No.1267/2006, the petitioner succeeds in establishing title of the person through whom she is claiming in respect of the subject property.
