The Suit is settled. Consent Terms are tendered. These are signed by Ms. Yasna Mathew, Group Product Manger of the Plaintiff and Mr. Karunaraj Jayseela, Product Manager of the Defendant as also by their Advocates. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

I am satisfied that the Consent Terms are in accordance with law and reflect the correct intention of the parties; and, further, that they have been drawn and signed by the parties of their own volition. Accordingly, the undertakings in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings to the Court.

The Suit is disposed of in accordance with the Consent Terms. Refund of Court fees, if any, in accordance with Rules. 4.

A copy of the Board Resolution authorising Mr. Jayseela to sign these Consent Terms on behalf of the Defendant will be separately filed in the Registry by Wednesday, 30th March 2016. 5.
