This Notice of Motion has been filed by one of the members of defendant no.4 Society with a prayer that the elections conducted on 2nd October, 2013 pursuant to an order of this Court dated 26th August, 2013, be declared as null and void. It has now transpired that fresh elections of defendant No.4 Society have in fact been conducted 16th August,2015. In these circumstances and in view of the subsequent developments, it is clear that this Notice of Motion has become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs. (B. P.
