Letter dated 29th October,2017 is taken on record. Learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff seeks liberty to withdraw the suit in view of the undertaking recorded in the said letter. Suit (L) No.555 of 2017 is dismissed as withdrawn. Refund of court fees as per rules. All the interlocutory proceedings pending if any, are also disposed of.
