Heard the petitioner in person. Perused the writ petition. 2.

We do not think that in writ jurisdiction any relief can be granted, and particularly to protect the possession of the petitioner in respect of an immovable property.

If anybody including the police machinery is threatening to either dispossess or interfere with the physical possession, the petitioner is not prevented from approaching a Civil Court and seek 10th October 2019
