CORAM : S.C. GUPTE, J.
DATED : JANUARY 30, 2018 P.C. :
.
This Chamber Order is placed before me since discharge of Advocate was objected to by the original Advocate of the Plaintiff. The Plaintiff's Advocate objected to his discharge on the ground of his fees were not paid. It is agreed between the Plaintiff, who is represented by a Counsel today, and the Advocate on record originally representing the Plaintiff that fees aggregating to Rs.35,000/- shall be paid in full and final settlement to the existing Advocate within one week from today. In view of the statement made by the Plaintiff and accepted by the Court, the existing Advocate agrees to his discharge. The Chamber Order is, accordingly, allowed. The Plaintiff shall pay the fees to his original Advocate, as recorded in this order, without fail. Let the Commercial Suit appear on board for directions on 12 February 2018.
