None for the petitioner. Perused the affidavit of Shri. Rajendra P. Relekar, Dy. Chief Officer (Enquiry) D.E. Cell of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation. We find from the said affidavit that action has been taken against the 2nd respondent after issuing show cause notice to the 2nd respondent. As none appears for the petitioner, we dismiss the petition for non prosecution.
