For the reasons assigned in affidavit in support of the chamber summons and the statutory change in the name of defendant No.4 in th November 2017 passed by the Division Bench view of order dated 15 of the National Company Law Tribunal Division Bench, Chennai, the chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 4.

The plaintiff shall carry out the necessary amendment as per the the Schedule appended to the chamber summons and serve a copy of the amended plaint within a period of four weeks. 5.

The chamber summons stands disposed of.
