Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant and the Official Liquidator. The statement made by the Official Liquidator to complete adjudication of the claims within 8 weeks from today is accepted. The Official Liquidator shall also file an Affidavit explaining as to why he is not represented before the Debt Recovery Tribunal in O.A.No.789 of 2011, though he has a Panel of Advocates specifically appointed to represent him in matters before the Debt Recovery Tribunal. The Official Liquidator shall also ensure that he is represented by one of the Panel Advocates before the DRT in O.A.No.789 of 2011 on the adjourned dates.
