Ms. Vaishali Bhilare appearing for the respondent states that since the respondent had to pay Diwali bonus, there is some difficulty in depositing the amount of Rs.23.00 Lacs, which was directed to be deposited within four weeks, pursuant to the order

Dusane 2/2 cal 547.2017 dated 25th September, 2017. Ms. Vaishali Bhilare states that the respondent has got issued demand draft of Rs.6.00 Lacs in favour of the Prothonatary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay and the same will be handed over to the Prothonotary and Senior Master on the next working day. Ms. Vaishali Bhilare states that the balance amount of Rs.16.00 Lacs will be deposited within four weeks from today. Only by way of indulgence, four weeks extension is granted starting from today i.e. upto 10th November, 2017 to pay the balance amount of Rs.17.00 Lacs. It is made clear that if the demand draft of Rs.6.00 Lacs is not handed over on or before the next working day and in any event on or before 23rd October, 2017, the extension granted above will be considered to have been revoked. Rest of the order remains unaltered.
