Mr. Mehta, learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to file representations with Respondent No.3 for regularisation of the offending structures. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Petitions are allowed to be withdrawn and are dismissed as such. 2.

In the event, the Petitioners make such representations for regularisation within two weeks from today, Respondent No.3 shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of four weeks of filing thereof.

It is expressly made clear that this Court has not gone into merits of the matter and all points and contentions of the respective parties are kept open to be agitated before Respondent No.3.
