CORAM :- S. C. DHARMADHIKARI & B. P. COLABAWALLA, JJ.

DATED :- FEBRUARY 7, 2017 P.C. :- 1.

The petitioners and their advocate are absent. Their names are correctly displayed on the Board. However, the learned advocate appearing for the respondents states that after the writ petition was filed, the impugned attachment has been withdrawn. Thus, there is no attachment by the Sales Tax Department on the flat more particularly described in the petition. In view of this statement made on instructions, nothing survives in the writ petition and it is dismissed accordingly.
