Today when the matter came up for hearing, we find that a limited prayer is made in the Petition by directing the High Power Committee before whom the matter is pending to hear and dispose of the Appeal as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the aforesaid limited prayer without commenting upon the merits of the matter, we dispose of this Petition by directing the High Power Committee to consider and decide the Petitioner's Appeal in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible Vishal Parekar 1/2
28-wp-63-2015 if not already decided, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. 3.
The Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
