Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Perused the order dated 6 th October, 2016. In place of Mr. Karl Tamboly, Advocate, Mr. Phiroz Bharucha, Advocate is appointed as Arbitrator to decide the disputes between the parties arising out of the Purchase Order including the commercial terms dated 17 th September, 2014 read with connected documents. 2.

Mr. Phiroz Bharucha, Advocate shall file his disclosure under Section 11 (8) read with Section 12 (1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, on or before 21-10-2016.

3.

The present Petition shall be treated as a Petition under Section 17 of the Act and decided by the learned Arbitrator within a period of eight weeks from today.
