Heard learned counsel for the parties. The learned counsel have tendered minutes of the order in terms of which the parties agree that the proceedings be disposed of. The clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) of the minutes of the order read thus:

"i).

Respondents shall handover possession of the remaining offices to the Petitioners within a week i.e. on or before 17 October 2019.

ii).

It may be recorded that the Respondents have already handed over possession of office No.301.

iii). The Petitioners shall cooperate with the Respondents for Completion of the Development as per the Development Agreement."
