Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection if the Court Receiver is discharged without passing accounts. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the costs, charges and expenses of the office of the Court Receiver will be paid by the petitioner within two weeks from the date of communication of the statement of account by the office of the Court Receiver. Statement is accepted. 2.

The Court Receiver is directed to furnish the copy of such statement of account to the petitioner's advocate within two weeks from today. The petitioner shall also pay costs of Rs.3000/- payable on this application along with such costs, charges and expenses to 1/2

crr560-15 the office of the Court Receiver. The Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay is discharged without passing accounts subject to aforesaid directions.
