After the matter was heard for some time, on a suggestion made by the learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent No. 8, since, 1/3

there was some dispute as to whether the Petitioners were served with the Revision Proceedings filed by the Respondent Nos. 2 to 7 before the Hon'ble Minister of Corporation, CHS. Learned senior Counsel submitted that the present order could be set aside by consent of all the parties and parties could be relegating to a fresh hearing on the Revision Application. 2.

He submitted that a copy of all the relevant papers and proceedings in the Revision Application would be served upon the learned Counsel for the Petitioners within one weeks from today.

The Petitioners would filed a response to the said Revision Application within a period of one week thereafter.

On the reply being filed by the Petitioners, parties to approach the Hon'ble Minister of Corporation, CHS, jointly to fix a date of hearing. 5.

The rights and contentions of all the parties are kept open for being agitated before the Hon'ble Minister of Corporation, CHS. 6.

The Petition is disposed of in the the aforesaid terms. 7.

The Hon'ble Minister of Corporation, CHS to endeavor to dispose of the 2/3

matter as expeditiously as conveniently possible. 8.

Since the affidavit was served only during the Course of the hearing, the same was taken on record. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner clarifies that the same would not be responded in the light of this order. 9.
