The present matter is moved by way of praecipe dated 19/01/2023, on which the circulation was granted for today's date. 2.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that this Court granted the Letters of Administration on 10/01/2023, but the seal affixed on the original grant was inadvertently removed by the Petitioner. He therefore seeks a direction to the Testamentary Registrar to reseal and affix the stamp upon the original grant.
