By this notice of motion, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 16 days in filing the arbitration petition. A perusal of the affidavit in support indicates that the petitioner has made out a case for condonation of delay for the reasons recorded therein. No affidavit in reply is filed by the respondent.

nms256-14 notice of motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (1). The delay is condoned. The notice of motion is made absolute in the aforesaid terms.

There shall be no order as to costs.
