Perused the Company Application and the Affidavit in support thereto. For reasons set out in the Affidavit in Support of the Company Application, the Company Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (d), which are reproduced hereunder :

"(a) Applicant be permitted to the modification and insertion of Clause 1.3.1 to the Scheme as per the Schedule I annexed hereto; (b) Applicant be permitted to add/insert modification in the original Scheme being Exhibit A to the Company Summons for Direction No.681 of 2014 i.e. to add/insert sub-clause 1.3.1 as per the Schedule I annexed hereto and modified scheme;

(c) Applicant be permitted to annex modified Scheme to the ssp 1/2

ca 591 of 2014 (959).sxw Company Scheme Petition (L) No.776 of 2014;

(d) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit all consequential averments in the Petition in view of the amendment to the Scheme";
