Pursuant to order dated 1 st October, 2018, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the notice has been duly served and that she has filed her affidavit of service. The applicant seeks extension of time to complete arbitral proceedings. 2.

Paragraph 30 of the petition sets out the fact that time has expired on th September, 2018 and the arbitral proceedings have been concluded ex-parte since respondent has not remained present. Despite service respondent is absent even today. In view of the fact that only the award is to be passed, I am of the view that this petition be allowed. In the circumstances, I pass the following order : (i) Time to make the award is extended by two months from today. (ii) Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
