Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners and the learned Senior Counsel representing the Mumbai Municipal Corporation. It is not in dispute that the application made by the Petitioners for grant of occupation certificate in relation to 11th to 16th floors is pending with the Municipal Corporation. 2.

The said application will have to be decided expeditiously in accordance with law. Accordingly, we dispose of the Petition by passing the following order :-

ORDER

(i) We direct the Mumbai Municipal Corporation to decide the application of the Petitioners for grant of occupation certificate as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within a period of three months from today;

(ii) We make it clear that we have made no adjudication on entitlement of the Petitioners to grant of occupation certificate and all contentions of the parties are kept open; (iii) The Petition is disposed of on above terms; (iv) All concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
