By this chamber summons, the ApplicantChampaben Harilal Chheda, seeks permission to allow her son Borey 1/2

spb/ 932chs232-18.odt - Ashwinkumar Harilal Shah to argue the present matter. Learned counsel Mr. Saket Mone appearing on behalf of the Respondents submits that they have no objection if the chambers summons is allowed.

Considering the submissions made by the party-inperson and averments made in the affidavit -in- support of the chambers summons dated 31.08.2018, we find that the chambers summons deserves to be allowed.

Hence, the Chamber Summons is allowed.

Shri Ashwinkumar Harilal Shah, son and power of attorney holder of the Petitioner, is permitted to argue the present petition.

The chambers summons stands disposed of accordingly.
