The learned Counsel for the Petitioner on instructions states that since termination order is already issued, Sharayu.

25-WP-2395-16.doc the Petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the Petition, so as to approach the learned School Tribunal challenging the order of termination.

The Petition is therefore, disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

It is made clear that since the Petitioner was bonafidely prosecuting the present Petition, he would be entitled for the benefit of Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963 for a period during which the present Petition is pending, in the event of further recourse of alternate remedy.
