This Official Liquidator's Report is taken for consideration. Pursuant to an order dated 3rd April, 2019, in Complaint No.1 of 2016 in Company Petition No.258 of 2013 this Court had directed the Official Liquidator to publish the summons in local news papers i.e. Free Press Journal (In English-Mumbai Edition), Navshakti (In Marathi - Mumbai Edition) and Hindustan Times (In English - Delhi Edition). In compliance with the said order the advertisement has been published in the said newspapers. The Office of the Official Liquidator has received the bill dated 10th July, 2019 of M/s. Admire Publicity Pvt. Ltd. for the publication charges for a sum of Rs.6,09,790/-. Further, by a prior order dated 1/2
3-OLR-232-2019.DOC 1st July, 2017, this Court had directed the Official Liquidator to publish the advertisement of the extract of the complaint and notice in two local news papers viz. Free Press Journal (English) and Navshakti (Marathi). The bill dated 24th July, 2017 from Admire Publicity Pvt. Ltd. towards the above said publication charges for a sum of Rs.17,413/- had been raised and the Official Liquidator sought permission to pay publication charges of both the bills i.e. bill dated 24th July, 2017 for Rs.17,413/- and subsequent bill dated 10th July, 2019 for Rs.6,09,790/- from the Common Pool Fund (Office Expenses Account) subject to reimbursement of the same along with interest @9% p.a. as and when funds will be available to the credit of the Company (In Liquidation).
