The Appellant, who is appearing in person, is aggrieved by an order dated 6.9.2000 passed by the Learned Single Judge in Notice of Motion No. 2078 of 2000.

The Appellant -Original Plaintiff has filed a Notice of Motion, claiming Rs.70,00,000/- towards compensation and damages. The Learned Single Judge came to the conclusion that since no such relief
2/2 APP 787 of 2003 was claimed in the Original Suit, the Appellant / Plaintiff was not entitled to claim the said relief for compensation in the notice of motion. 3.
We do not see any infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the Learned Single Judge in the Notice of Motion. The Appeal is disposed of. The Appellant is at liberty to take out an appropriate Chamber Summons for the purpose of amending the prayers in the suit. If such a chamber summons is filed for amendment, the same may be considered sympathetically.
