In view of an alternative remedy available to the Petitioner by way of a second appeal before the Collector (Appeals), learned Counsel seeks to withdraw the matter with liberty to approach the alternative forum. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

The amount deposited by the Petitioner shall continue to be held by the Prothonotary and Senior Master and shall abide by the order that may be passed in the second appeal. In case there is no decision in the second appeal for a period of four months from today, the Petitioner will be at liberty to apply to this Court for withdrawal of the amount. ( S.C.
