We, therefore, direct that the Port Trust should consider this writ petition and all annexures thereto as a request of the petitioner to amicably settle the matter and in terms of the applicable policy. The Port Trust shall take a decision on the same as expeditiously as possible and within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Beyond this, no other relief is granted. The writ petition is disposed of.
