The learned Counsel appearing for Central Bank of India submits that one time settlement proposal has been accepted on appellants paying last installment of Rs.1,50,000/- yesterday by cheque. The cheque is to be deposited today for clearance. 2.

The learned Counsel for Central Bank of India submits that in view of the aforesaid fact, this appeal can be disposed of, subject to clearance of the cheque.
