Heard Mr. Gaikwad, learned Advocate for Applicant / Petitioner.

This Interim Application has been filed by the Applicant for seeking post grant amendment in respect of Succession Certificate dated 23.02.2021 issued by this Court. The rectification to the Schedule of Assets is required to be carried out. The rectification sought for by the Applicant is in the proposed Amendment at Exhibit "A/1" page No.7 of the Interim Application.

I have perused the Interim Application.

For the reasons mentioned in the Interim Application, Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause ' a' which reads thus:

"(a) That the Applicant be permitted to carry out the amendment as per the schedule annexed hereto as "EX-A/1". 5.

Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court is directed to accept the original grant for carrying out rectification as directed by this Court.

6.

Rectification shall be carried out within a period of eight weeks from today. Re-verification stands dispensed with. 7.

Interim Application is disposed.
