Chamber Summons No.327 of 2010 in Writ Petition No.2003 of 2009 has been allowed by an order dated 17th September, 2013 and leave to amend has been granted. Since the averments in the Chamber Summons listed today are similar to the averments in Chamber Summons No.327 of 2010, we allow these Chamber Summons as well, keeping open all rights and contentions of Respondents.

Amendments to be carried out and amended Petitions to be served by 30th August, 2022.

Mr. Kantharia states that in Writ Petition No.2003 of 2009, the amended Petition has not been served. Since, it is an old Petition, Petitioner is also unable to agree or disagree with Mr. Kantharia. 4.
Therefore, the amended Petitions in all the Writ Petitions mentioned above to be served on Respondents by 30th August, 2022.
