The Petition is by the mother of the deceased. She seeks to withdraw an amount of Rs. 6,19,125/- that was the share of the deceased son's widow. It is urged that the Petitioner's daughter-inlaw was unfaithful, left the house, abandoned the deceased and that the deceased and his wife Malti "orally agreed to separate", whatever that means. The one thing this does not mean is that the widow, Malti, has in law forfeited her claim to her share in her deceased husband's estate. The Petition is wholly misconceived. It is dismissed.
