It is stated that by order dated 08.08.2023, this Court (Coram : Milind N. Jadhav, J.) had directed the testamentary department to issue letters of administration to the petitioner within four weeks subject to all other compliances in accordance with law. It is submitted that the department has raised objection regarding the format in which the Schedule is annexed to the testamentary petition. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to amend the Schedule to place it in the correct format. This Court is assured that the contents of the schedule would not change and only the format would stand corrected.

In view of the above, leave is granted to the petitioner to amend the Schedule to place it on record in the correct format within a period of two weeks from today.

Re-verification is dispensed with.

The praecipe is disposed of.
