By consent, the Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder : "(a) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to pass an order deleting the said Flat of the Applicants being 33/B, Empire Estate, August Kranti Marg, Cumballa Hill, Mumbai - 400 036 from the list of assets for attachment mentioned in the Schedule of the Execution Application No.1954 of 2015 and the Execution Application be set aside;

(b)That the Warrant of Attachment in respect of the said Flat of the Applicants situate at 33/B, Empire Estate, August Kranti Marg, ssp 1/2

chs 1641 of 2016 (915).sxw Cumballa Hilla, Mumbai - 400 036 be raised and the said property be released from attachment;"
