The Judges Order seeks permission to sell the immovable property belonging to the deceased being a flat in a co-operative housing society. The application is made in pursuance of a grant of letters of administration to the property and credits of the deceased Ram Vensimal Datwani. The other heirs and next of kin of the deceased have already executed release deed in favour of the Petitioners and consented to the sale. The Memorandum of Understanding in respect of the proposed sale is annexed to the affidavit in support of the Judges Order. The application is allowed.
