Going by the case made out by the petitioner, the application for eviction was heard by the earlier Competent Authority. As the said Competent Authority is no longer there, the application will have to be reheard. Hence, we decline to entertain the petition. However, it will be open for the petitioner to apply before the Competent Authority. The writ petition is disposed of.
