This Official Liquidator's Report is taken up for consideration. It seeks permission from this Court for permitting the Official Liquidator to pay the sum of Rs.1,92,500/- as and by way of professional fees to the Advocate Shri Delep Goswami subject to deduction of applicable TDS. The said Advocate had appeared for the Official Liquidator in the Supreme Court and accordingly necessary permission has been sought by the Official Liquidator to pay the said professional fees from the funds available out of sale of proceeds lying to the credit of the Company (In Liqu.).

As of today, the total amount lying to the credit of the Company is Rs.1,60,11,501/-. The Official Liquidator has stated 1/2
