The Petitioner's grievance is that he was occupying the hut in the area which came to be demolished for road widening in the year 2006. It is petitioner's contention that he made representation to the Corporation for alternate accommodation which was not provided to him till now. The Petitioner therefore seeks appropriate directions. 2.

This matter was adjourned from time to time for reply of the Corporation.

In the facts of the case, we do not intend to keep this Petition pending any further. We do find that the Petitioner has approached this Court at a belated stage. However, on merits the Petitioner's request would be dealt with by the Corporation Authorities on its merits. If required the Petitioner be
