This Official Liquidator's Report is taken up for consideration. The Official Liquidator had sought directions of this Court for appointment of Mr. Naushad Engineer, Counsel of this Court to appear, defend and plead the matters in respect of the said Company (In Liquidation) before this Court and also permit the Official Liquidator to pay professional fees out of the funds available to the credit of the Company (In Liquidation) subject to deduction of TDS.
