Ms. Pratibha Ramaswamy, Assistant Official Liquidator present. ---- CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM,J DATE : 24th FEBRUARY, 2016 P.C.:- The counsel for the applicant states that this application is similarly situated as certain employees/staff of the company (in Liquidation) whose application was rejected by His Lordship Justice Kathawalla by his order dated 9th June, 2015 in Company Application Nos.168 and 188 of 2011 in OLR Nos. 1 of 2012, 370 of 2012 and 142 of 2014 in Company Petition Nos.110 of 2000 and 369 of 2003. The counsel further states that the aggrieved persons have filed three separate appeals, viz., Appeal No.497 of 2015, Appeal No.498 of 2015 and Appeal No.502 of 2015, which are pending disposal. Therefore, the counsel seeks leave to withdraw this application and file a fresh application after the Gauri Gaekwad

2/2 23.CA-968-2015 disposal of those appeals.

The application is allowed to be withdrawn with the liberty as sought.
