This Petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking direction to the Respondents to decide the Petitioner's Application/Jodpatra- III dated 17th March, 2016 (Exhibit G) for deciding the Petitioner's eligibility as slum dwellers. 3.

According to the Petitioner, the said Application is pending since last more than 1 and half year and as such the Petitioner is seeking direction for expeditious disposal of the said Application.

The learned counsel for Respondents submits that Respondent No. 1 shall consider and take appropriate decision on Vishal Parekar 1/2

Keeping in view the aforesaid statement, we dispose of this Petition by directing the Respondent No. 1 to decide the Petitioner's Application dated 17th March, 2016 as expeditiously as possible but in any case not later than two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The Petition stands disposed of as such.
