Mr. Mehta relies upon an affidavit of one Satish M. Hule affirmed on 17th October 2018. Mr. Mehta states that he has not received any claim or objection from any party. Statement accepted. Mr. Aithe also states the same. Therefore, the winding up order passed on 2nd February 2018 is recalled. Petition restored to file. Petition dismissed as withdrawn. Official Liquidator stands discharged. Company application no.570 of 2018 also stands disposed.
